Although we do have an unconditional 30day money back warranty we do NOT offer trials or autoship programs.And we always honor our money back warranty as well as our limited lifetime replacement  warranty.</description>

Yes, most discounted prices or free trials usually have a specific time period in which you can return the product for a full refund.  I do not understand why you could not return the auto-shipment though.  You could first email the Smoking Stick company  (so you have a written record) and call them back and tell them you will be returning the product with delivery confirmation notice and once delivery is confirmed, you will be disputing the charges made to your credit card. If they still won&#039;t give you an RMA number, you can ask for a supervisor and tell them you will be disputing the charge to your credit card. Followup with an email. Make sure you keep copies of the delivery confirmation information and any emails you send to them or they send to you.  You will need that information when disputing the credit card charges -- if it comes to that -- which it probably will not.  Most companies hate to have a disputed charge on their record.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

		<description>I purchased the Smoking Stick through the web offer at a discounted price.  I didn&#039;t care for the Stick once I tried it and purchased an alternative.  In the meantime I was automatically sent additional cartridges.  My account was charged $44.79.  When I call the company and requested an RMA number to return the order (as insturcted on the order receipt) I was told that these directions did not apply to me and I could not return the order or receive a refund.  
I have now stopped the automatic orders.  Keep this in mind if you decide to try the &#039;free&#039; trial.</description>
